Well, you tell us what you can do and we'll figure it out from there. Just remember that folks will be driving in from several hours out so 8am would probably be kinda cruel. A lunch meeting might not be a bad idea. Maybe you might see if you can find a local restaurant that that we can take over a corner of for an hour or so. And, if it's not too far from some of your local trails then we could head out for a ride afterwards before heading homewards.
